Commander-In-Chief’s Ball

Well all I can say is that this was a friggin blast! I am so glad that we didn’t miss out on the opportunity to attend one of the official inaugural balls for President Obama. There were quite a few big names there along with the obvious visits from the President and Vice-President. Here’s a quick list:
- George Lopez – He was the emcee for the evening. Had a few really good lines.
- Jordan Sparks – Good voice, nice performance.
- Josh Groban – Ugly mug, but god the man can sing!
- Jon Bon Jovi – Still a great performer. I started the one more song chant and it worked!
- Smokey Robinson – What can you say about him? A very smooth operator.
- Chris Rock – Would have liked to have heard his act, but it was VERY short, I was on the other end of the room, and the audio sucked.
