Made another final table although this one isn’t very impressive and as of right now I’m on the money bubble with only 7 spots playing. Still is nice to finally start having my hands hold up. Play has really tightened up though and I haven’t had enough to play around with. Lost a race with 33 against KJ and just pushed with J7 to win the blinds. My M is still around 3 so need to push again.Just doubled up with AT against 33 from the same guy that won the race earlier. Things are looking up now with 6k in chips and 200/400 blinds I can at least attempt a standard raise and not just push. Everybody is fairly short with one guy in dire straights and 2 big stacks at 18k.Just made the money although i took a hit to my stack. I attempted a steal from EP with Q8s, short stack pushed, and somebody came over the top. I folded and KK took out 55. Blinds just went up again so it’s going to be almost a crap shoot to make top 3.Got another spot higher but my M is still below 4. This is still push mode within the next orbit I think. 52os in the BB and it’s folded to me. With A4s and a big stack in LP raising, I push and take it down preflop. I’m starting to work my up if I can catch a few more decent hands I’ll be ok.I’m out as the big stack played a hand terribly, raising preflop with J9os, then when I call (with J7os, but I was planning on making a move) he bets 1/3 of my stack on a rag flop. I have a gutshot draw and push but he calls and ends up making a str8 on the river. 6th paid out $13.50 on my $5.50 investment. At least it was a run deep in a tourney somewhere. I’ve been having such a bad run lately in tournaments that it feels good.
